Exploring the Relationship Between Personality Traits and e-Learning Autonomy of Distance Education Students

چکیده
Understanding the relationship between personality traits and e-learning autonomy can help to provide tailored environments student support. Although related literature is rich regarding learner traits, there a dearth of research exploring predictive relationship. This investigates distance education students. Data was collected using Big 5 Personality Traits e-Learning Autonomy scales from 3435 students Anadolu University’s Open Education Faculty. Results show that male have more than female students, while higher scores except for agreeableness. The had positive correlations with four neuroticism. Furthermore, extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, openness were significant predictors behaviors
